Most would agree that a company is only as good as the people it employs. This is never more true than in the service industries. You should expect high levels of service from your estate agent, after all in most cases they are acting on your behalf for the most valuable asset you own – your home.

In practice, our staff go to great lengths to deliver the best results for our clients. They are a formidable sales, lettings and mortgage team working in a tough competitive market, but they are always friendly, approachable and pleasant to deal with. Most of our staff grew up in the area, so appreciate that behind every sale is a ‘human story’, something we feel is very important to the way the company is run – it is often remarked that Robinson Jackson "are nice people to do business with".

The Robinson Jackson Group, which now includes 30 branches and departments was created as a Partnership and it has always been a close-knit, family-run business. We are proud to say that three generations of fathers and sons, mothers and daughters have worked for the company over the years. The friendships built within the company, which originates from the Partners heritage working together, provide a very unique culture.

We find that our turnover of staff is very low and the group now employs around 150 members of staff of all ages and from all walks of life. We are not a company with an hierarchy in place, neither do the branches operate within the constraints or bureaucracy passed down from ‘corporate HQ’ 200 miles away from the market place.  The offices are owned by the Partners as their own businesses so they are responsible for the revenue they generate. Because we operate on a no-sale, no fee basis there is no greater incentive to sell or let a client's property at the best price and in the fastest time.

Robinson Jackson has been around since the 1960s and have just about seen every type of market place. When others say the market is a bit quiet we continue to attract buyers for our clients' homes and deliver market-leading results.

Sales Negotiator

We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales teams across London. We're looking for someone with bags of energy, enthusiasm and drive, who will thrive in our friendly and customer service focussed environment. Previous sales experience is not essential.
Salary: The remuneration package is excellent and includes a basic salary plus a generous personal commission.
