We understand that Return on Investment (ROI) is paramount to the success of any new development. With the falling circulation of local newspapers, increasingly we are looking to maximise lead generation through alternative channels.

In order to create widespread awareness our media planners will look to deliver your advertising and PR campaigns across many diverse touch-points. Increasingly we are utilising channels outside of those traditionally used by estate agents. The expertise offered by our Marketing, Design & Communication specialists, drawn from product launches and ‘direct response’ advertising are helping our clients exploit new media opportunities; where the possibilities for mass and one-to-one marketing are huge – most noticeably via the internet and email.

On site sales teams

If your development includes a show home, we are able to place professional sales staff into the complex or show home. They can be permanently located at the site to coordinate and undertake all the viewings around the development. On site sales staff will work with the branches and our independent mortgage adviser to follow up positive leads to help turn viewings into sales.
