The New Homes service provided by the Robinson Jackson Group has been carefully considered; we extend our approach to selling established homes. Our service has been intentionally set up to meet the demands of developers both large and small, with a sales and marketing proposition that delivers the competitive edge for our clients. With so many New Homes always on the market, all jostling for the public's attention to buy, we understand the need for accurate property pricing and accountable marketing strategies, which deliver the WOW factor and delight buyers.

We recognise how communications available to advertisers are becoming more sophisticated and if we can utilise them alongside our effective sales team then we can deliver ever more effective marketing for New Homes. To realise this ambition we have set up an in-house Marketing, Design and Communication department, who plan and create advertising campaigns that are more akin to a new product launch than traditional property marketing.

We understand that most local developers are set up to build attractive homes, but are not necessarily best placed to sell them. Many developers do not have the luxury of in-house sales & marketing teams that can coordinate the all-important sales effort at the end of a project, particularly when budgets are quickly drying up. This is where we can step in to help. The Robinson Jackson Group bring big development sales & marketing to both national and local operators without them having to bear the costs of large overheads.

The Robinson Jackson Group is one of the most well-known estate agents in London and Kent. The sales teams across our 30 branches and departments are a formidable force in the local area, with a reputation for delivering results. This includes New Homes, which we have been selling for over 50 years. During that time, we have handled sites ranging from two units to over 200 units.

Due to our reputation most buyers looking to move in the area will register with us. This provides a huge database of applicants to draw from before we even start to market the properties. All our sales branches are connected via the latest IT system, which means we can handle local projects through one office or scale things up if required to market developments across all our branches and departments. We also offer a comprehensive lettings service set up for portfolio investors. All branches are open ‘til late, 7 days a week. In fact, buyers can call us now 8am to 8pm to organise viewings so we never miss a lead.

The ‘bespoke service' we offer is certainly being embraced, with many new-build developers meeting with us and breathing a sigh of relief that everything they need to successfully sell their properties can be coordinated by one company.  

Close Working Relationships

Working alongside developers 'hand in glove', we are able to take a brief and quickly turn around a bespoke sales & marketing solution. This can start even before the first property is finished, with site boards and teaser advertising creating excitement around the forthcoming development launch.

We understand that a close working relationship is important to the success of any project. Together we will agree the frequency and detail of sales reports required and schedule regular status meetings, telephone and Skype conference calls. In this way all parties know exactly what is required.

Buying service and after sales care

Presenting the ‘hottest buyers’ and looking after their needs is paramount to the success of any project. With independent mortgage advisors in every office we are well placed to offer buyers the advice they need to secure their new home or rental investment. In addition, our comprehensive legal services ensure transactions are processed as speedily as possible.

Once a property is under offer many estate agents step back and allow transactions to take their natural (up or down) course. We actually step up the service and dedicate a Sales Progressor to every sale to ensure your transactions run as smoothly as possible. They will coordinate everything for clients and manage the chain, if there is one, to a successful completion - alleviating the stress sometimes associated with buying or selling a property.  They are also happy to liaise with developers directly and provide regular progress reports. It’s a sad fact that nationally in 2010 one in three sales fell through – our conversion level bucks the trend, mainly due to our Sales Progressors’ dedication.
