New Mini Bus Gives Pupils an Excellent Start to the Year
New Mini Bus Gives Pupils an Excellent Start to the Year

Pupils and adults from Meadowfield School and staff from a local estate agency partnership chatted with celebrity Sir Henry Cooper last month,
as he presented the school with a brand new 14 seater Sunshine Coach at a special ceremony held at the London Golf Club.
The Robinson-Jackson Group has had 'Sunshine Coaches' at the forefront of their charity fundraising for over 20 years. Their donation, plus
monies put in by Meadowfield School & the Variety Club of Great Britain Golf Society, enabled the new vehicle to be presented on this special
occasion.
The new mini bus replaces an existing and much used 15 year old vehicle, which had served the school extremely well but was showing signs of
age. Mini buses are used instead of staff cars when transporting pupils and students on educational visits, teams to various sporting fixtures,
older pupils and students to college link courses and younger pupils to swimming and trampoline lessons.
Commenting on the acquisition of the new mini bus, Principal, Philip Rankin said, "The donation of a new mini bus to Meadowfield by Robinson
Michael & Jackson and the Variety Club of Great Britain is a tremendous boost to off-site school activities."
"We are extremely grateful to Robinson Michael & Jackson, who supplied half of the money for the purchase of our new mini bus."
Adds Michael Utchanah, Partner of Robinson Michael & Jackson, "99% of business time is given to making that business successful; and thats
totally understandable. If 1% can be found to help good causes, in our case the giving of a new mini bus to our local school, then that sits
very comfortably with us."
Other local schools who have received a coach over the years with the support of Robinson-Jackson Estate Agency Group include Rowhill School
in Dartford, The Phoenix Pre-School Assessment Centre, Bromley and the Myatt Garden Primary School in Brockley.
