Autumn continues to be strong
Buoyant summer trading means a brisk autumn, with good choice for both buyers and tenants.
The property market in SE London and Kent remained brisk this summer, despite a cooling off across the country. We've taken stock of our July and August activity, and are pleased to report figures that contradict the rest of the country. Industry research* showed there were 6% fewer For Sale boards put up in August and almost 4% fewer Sold boards in streets during the same month. It was a different story, however, within The Robinson Jackson Group.
July and August were our busiest two months for sales agreed and completions in the whole of 2018, bucking the national trend and defying the traditional seasonal lull. The sizzling summer didn't put our viewers off either, who squeezed almost 5,000 property viewings between sunbathing and barbeques.

In fact, we have more homes available for sale now than at any other point during 2018. Sellers can also draw positives, with an average 3,500 new buyers registering with our branches every month.
