1. Trainee Secretary

Robinson Jackson's Catford office is looking for a trainee secretary/branch PA to join its team. Full training will be given to ensure our new team member delivers our renowned level customer service to clients, and administrative support to our branch staff and company partners. This role would suit a bright school leaver who is willing to learn and has high standards - especially when it comes to written English and attention to detail.

2. Weekend Sales Assistant Bexley

Robinson Jackson's prestigious Bexley Village office is looking for a weekend Sales Assistant join its team. This role has a sales bias, and duties will include coordinating viewings, accompanying viewings and negotiating - with commission paid for assisting successful sales. Own car and clean driving license are essential. Preference will be given to those with some estate agency or customer experience, and those applying must be comfortable with dealing with the public and possess a professional telephone manner. Successful candidates are required to work both Saturday and Sunday, although we will consider a job share.

3. Saturday Sales Assistant

Robinson Jackson's Northumberland Heath office is looking for a Saturday Sales Assistant join its team. This role will mainly concentrate on booking and accompanying property viewings, therefore own car and clean driving license are essential. Preference will be given to those with some property/public-facin experience although training will be given to the right applicant. Hours are Saturday 9am until 6pm.

4. Secretary/Administrator

Robinson Michael & Jackson's Chatham office is looking for a secretary/administrator to join its team. This role has an administration and customer service bias, and duties will include coordinating viewings, keeping records up-to-date, managing diaries and answering the busy 'phone lines. We're looking for a candidate who is professional, passionate about property and who has great computer skills (Windows and the ability to learn an in-house programme).

5. Trainee/Junior Negotiator

Our busy Rainham branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson is looking to recruit a Trainee/Junior Negotiator who is keen to learn about estate agency and is willing to provide first-class customer service. This is a rare opportunity to grow a career in the property industry and full training will be given. Applicants who have a good track record in sales will be looked upon favourably but all applications will be considered. 6. P/T Data Input Clerk

The Robinson Jackson Group Central accounts department is looking to employ a data input clerk on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit finance team based in Eltham, South East London. You'll be working three days a week, ideally between 9.30am and 3.30pm, with a degree of flexibility for the right candidate. A background in finance and/or accounts is desirable, and computer competency is a must.

8. Sales Negotiator Medway

The Strood branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its team. Applicants should ideally have a good track record in sales and customer service, with 6 to 12 months experience in estate agency so they can hit the ground running. 9. Lettings Consultants

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking to recruit four Lettings Consultants for South East London and Kent who have experience in valuations. We require confident self starters who are experienced in the complex and fast paced lettings environment. Lettings presents exciting challenges, so the successful applicants must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of CFP and RPS software systems would be a distinct advantage, as would the achievement of gaining the Technical Award in Residential Letting.
