1. Property Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking for a Property Manager in Strood to provide maternity cover on a fixed contract basis. We require a confident self starter who has relevant experience in residential property management. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of lettings compliance, CFP and RPS software systems is desirable, and possession of the Technical Award in Residential Letting would be a favoured bonus.

2. Part-time Property Manager

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking for a part-time Property Manager in Strood. We require a confident self starter who has relevant experience in residential property management. 3. Lettings Consultants x 2

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking to recruit two Lettings Consultants to work in the Medway area. Applicants should ideally have knowledge of rental valuations and negotiations. We require confident self starters who are experienced in the complex and fast paced lettings environment. Lettings presents exciting challenges, so the successful applicants must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of CFP and RPS software systems would be a distinct advantage, as would the achievement of gaining the Technical Award in Residential Letting.

4. Branch Manager

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking to recruit a Branch Manager who is ready to thrive in a rewarding, fast-paced environment. This vacancy is suitable for existing Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers looking to take a step up. You must have experience in estate agency, possess management skills and have a CV that demonstrates you can lead and motivate by example. The right person will have the opportunity to progress rapidly towards Partner status, as long as they can hit their personal targets and get the best from their team.

5. Trainee/Sales Negs x 2

The Sittingbourne and Strood branches of Robinson Michael & Jackson are looking to recruit enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiators or recently promoted Sales Negotiators looking for rapid career progression. These are full time positions with immediate starts. There is a very real possibility of quickly becoming a Senior Negotiator and then a Branch Manager. Applicants must have a good track record in sales and customer service, and ideally a minimum of nine months to one year's experience in estate agency but a natural flair for sales will be looked upon favourably. The successful candidates must be target driven, motivated and professional, with their own car.

6. Senior Negotiators x 2

Robinson Michael & Jackson's Gravesend and Chatham branches are looking to recruit Senior Negotiators with at least one year's experience in estate agency. These are two of our busiest offices and we need team members who can hit the ground running. Applicants must have experience in dealing with home movers, progressing offers, generating sales particulars and conducting viewings.

7. Lettings Staff - Senior Level

The Robinson Jackson Group is looking to recruit senior lettings staff for South East London and Kent. Applicants should have experience in valuations, property management, compliance and negotiations. 8. Financial Advisors

Robinson Michael & Jackson is looking to expand its financial team with two further financial advisor to work across our Medway branches. The succesful applicants must have the relevant financial qualificatins but newly-qualified advisors will be considered on merit. These roles are offered on a self-employed basis within The Robinson Jackson Group.

9. Part Time Sales Negotiator

Robinson Michael & Jackson's Walderslade office is looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator who is able to work weekends as well as weekdays. This role has a sales and customer service bias, and duties will include coordinating viewings, accompanying viewings and answering the busy 'phone lines. Own car and clean driving license are essential. Preference will be given to those with some property, estate agency or face-to-face sales experience.

10. Administrator (Mon-Fri)

Robinson Michael & Jackson is looking for a weekday administrator to work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm in the Medway region. This role has a customer service bias, and duties will include coordinating viewings, record keeping and answering the busy 'phone lines. Own car and clean driving license are essential, as is a professional manner and a good level of computer literacy. Full training will be given.
