I had a problem with my property while abroad and it was dealt with by the team and they promptly informed me. Any queries were dealt with straight away and in a very professional manner. When putting my home up for sale I had 3 estate agents come round and whilst Robinson Jackson were not the cheapest they were most definitely the best. My home was on the market for 2 weeks before I got my first offer, and 3 weeks before I was pretty much offered the asking price. A professional personal service throughout the whole process made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. It really is a team effort, they had extensive knowledge of the area and current market. They really did take care of everything which meant I could continue with my daily commitments and know that not only my sale but also my purchase was in great hands. Not only did they sell my property they also helped me find my dream home. I'd like to say I'll use you next time but I can't see myself moving any time soon, I love my new home.
