We will do everything possible to help you buy your first home. Our staff will talk you through every step, from choosing the right type of property to the mortgage and legal process.

Once you have found a property and an offer has been agreed, one of our dedicated Sales Progressors will call to introduce themselves. They will oversee your purchase and coordinate each stage. Don’t worry if it feels daunting, our Progressors are delightful people and will be on-hand to answer any questions you have.

They can quickly meet you in person, secure you a mortgage agreement principle during the appointment and confirm a purchasing budget that gives you confidence to start looking - all at no cost.

MAKING BUYING SIMPLE

All our branches have an experienced residential sales and investment team. Please contact them and explain the type of property you are looking for and they will show you a selection of homes and organise your viewings. When you are ready, they will present your offer and liaise with the current owner.

You will also benefit from our in-house mortgage advisors, legal services and, once an offer is accepted, your own personal Sales Progressor - whose sole job is to keep your purchase on track.
