Active in the Community

It's not just house hunters that we like to help, Robinson Jackson have been involved in all kinds of activities to support the local community. We have always worked with local schools, sports teams, charities and societies to raise money and help people who may not have the advantages in life that we have.
The Variety Club & Sunshine Coaches
One charity we have consistently supported is the Variety Club & Sunshine Coaches. Over the past 25 years we have been able to donate 25 new mini-buses to schools in London and Kent, which provide education and activities for children with special needs. Our donations to the Variety Club would not be possible without our clients' additional generous support, for which we thank you.
The group's long-standing support for the Variety Club has been noted by the charities Executive Director Peter Stovold, “Robinson Jackson has been a wonderful supporter of the Variety Club over many years and there are a great number of schools in Kent and London who are driving around in Sunshine Coaches thanks to their generosity. The coaches make the world of difference to children, staff and carers as they enable all in the school to enjoy mobility that they might not otherwise be able to do.”
Our most recent presentation was to Rowhill School in Dartford, which provides very specialist teaching to local children. Senior Partner Alan Robinson and John Browning, alongside Swanley Branch Manager Michelle Bonnett made the presentation to the headmaster, Mr McGuinness. All proceedings were overseen by Strictly Come Dancing's Len Goodman and some of the pupils from the school.
At the presentation of our 25th Sunshine coach to Rowhill School, the headmaster Mr McGuinness commented;
“The coach is a timely addition to the school as their current mini-bus is off the road and too expensive to repair. We really rely on a coach as we are a specialist sports college as well as a special needs school and we take at least two groups of children off site daily to participate in sporting events and competitions from football to fishing. It’s great to have a new, reliable coach for the children. Thanks to everyone at Robinson Jackson for their generous support”
