Her assistance certainly aided the completion occurring today which is vital for our plans. The property is not the highest value property and we appreciate your commission would not be as high as many properties you sell. At no time did we receive any less than superb service from all concerned and are certainly a credit to you as a Manager and to the Robinson and Jackson brand.

I hope you are well. Further to speaking with Tracy I just wanted to provide my feedback on the recent sale of my house, 11 Reed Court, Ingress Park.

I honestly cannot fault the level of service received from Robinson & Jackson. I had my house on sale with another competitor for about 7 months prior to switching to R&J and within the first month alone I believe you arranged more viewings than I had received with the previous estate agents.

The quality of the website and the updates I received on newspaper ads and viewings were all impressive. More importantly the level of service received by all members of staff I dealt with was professional, efficient and incredibly friendly. At the viewing stages both Jay and you were always responsive and despite the time taken for a sale to go through remained enthusiastic and open with me. I always felt R&J were doing everything they could to obtain a good sale.

Tracy was an absolute pleasure to deal with as the sale moved towards completion, providing regular updates and always taking the time to discuss any issues. Tracy gave me confidence that R&J was working hard to complete the sale as efficiently as possible and I would have no hesitation in recommending the team to friends and family.

Hello, I writing this email to say a huge thank you for the services of your staff for their politeness, positive attitude and their helpfulness from start to finish.

I have dealt extensively with Jay, I can remember booking the first viewing through him, he was very professional, nothing was an effort for him and always got straight back to us with his responses. He helped along the way with negotiating, offered his experience and helped us get the right price for the property. So I want to emphasise how enjoyable it has been to work with Jay along this quick and easy process.

I have also dealt extensively with Tracy more towards the progressing stage of this process. Tracy again is a very good representative of your organisation as she also has consistently responded back to me every time with updates, hold ups, where we are within the case and showed a very professional manner, and positive attitude at all times. Tracy has consistently chased the top of the chain, and where it looked unlikely we would complete I feel if it wasn't for her pursuing the case I don't feel we would have made the Friday 19th August deadline as it may have overlapped this time frame.

So a big big thank you to Jay and Tracy who made our experience with Robinson and Jackson a memorable experience and we will certainly contact Robinson and Jackson if we ever look to move again.
