How big is the company?
We have 30 branches and departments in prominent high street locations. This we feel is the perfect size; large enough to market your property effectively, small enough to maintain a first-class professional service. We have a rounded approach to the property market, as we find this helps offer our clients the best advice. We handle re-sale, lettings, property management, buy-to-let investments and new homes. Who owns the company?
The Robinson Jackson Group was created as a Partnership and it has always been a close-knit, family-run business with a friendly atmosphere. We operate on a No Sale, No Fee basis, which means there’s no greater incentive to sell your property at the best price and in a time scale to suit you. Our formidable sales team and marketing prowess has made us market-leaders for 50 years and we continue to go from strength to strength.

If I sell through you, will you help me find somewhere to buy?
Anyone that sells through us will benefit from our ‘Premium Buyer Service’. When a property we know you’d be interested in hits the market, we’ll tell YOU before the general public. And if you have fallen in love with a property through another agent, we can negotiate on your behalf if required. Our unique position means we can manage both sale and purchase, which will speed up your move.
Can you make sure the legal side of our sale is straight forward?
Clients use our legal team as they’re competitive, straight talking and they work closely with our Sales Progressors. Together they will keep an eye on the conveyancing process, and where necessary will speed things up or slow things down to fit with your time frame. If the sale does not go through, you pay them nothing.
How will you make my home standout in the market?
We want your property to stand out in the market place so much so that we have our own a full-time Marketing, Design & Communication department. Sitting alongside the sales team, they will create the ‘Wow Factor’ for your home. Can you take care of my mortgage?
Our in-branch advisors have been arranging clients’ mortgages for over 40 years. They provide a personally tailored service and secure £500m of mortgages annually from over 2,500 schemes, some of which are exclusively available to us. They can also advise you in respect of life assurance and pensions.

We are available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week to make sure we never miss a lead or enquiry. That’s 84 hours a week selling properties like yours, which we believe is true value for money. Our staff will provide you with regular feedback, with all leads being vetted and qualified before formal offers are presented to you.
