On site sales teams
If you do not have a local sales team, we are able to place our sales staff on site. They can be permanently located to coordinate viewings and take reservations. Staff will work with the branches and our independent mortgage advisers to follow up positive leads to help turn viewings into sales.
Legal services
Our solicitor partners can work closely with your legal team to draw up reservation contracts and legal paperwork in advance of the release date. We are more than happy for buyers to be introduced to our solicitor partners for the conveyancing stages.
Project management
We are able to take a brief and quickly turn around a bespoke pricing, sales and marketing solution. Managing the process with you, we can agree the frequency and detail of sales reports your company may require and schedule regular status meetings.
After sales care
Once a property is under offer, all sales can be monitored by one of our dedicated Sales Progressors. They will liaise with the buyer, mortgage advisor and solicitors to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible. This is and option that is available to all developer clients, if required.
Design & production
We have a team of graphic designers and photographers who can work with you to originate everything from a site logo to brochures and advertising campaigns. They can also become an extension of your marketing department to localise materials you may have produced internally.
