Sadie Wright

Promoted to Sales Negotiator at Northumberland Heath

What did you do before joining us?

I used to work for British Airways as Cabin Crew. I enjoyed travelling to new destinations, I then went on to performing and entertaining, from dressing up and singing as a Disney Princess at children’s parties to live performances at restaurant brunches. Singing and performing have always been my childhood dreams.

What attracted you to estate agency?

I love that every day is different; you never know what the day will bring. I really enjoy being able to work in and out of the office and meeting new people every day.

What type of mentoring or support have you received during your time with us, and what advice has been a great help?

Reassurance and constructive criticism have been vital in helping me develop into this brand-new role. I’ve been lucky to join such a well-established and supportive team that offers me great advice and training. The set goals and targets help keep me heading in the right direction and keep pushing myself and growing.

The best advice is to work hard and play hard – which we sure do at Robinson Jackson!

What are your ambitions for the future?

I would like to keep continuing to develop my knowledge of the housing market and smashing targets set. I want to progress as much as I can in my role and profession.

What do you like most about working here?

My team, without a doubt!

I also really enjoy meeting new people.

Any advice to those considering a career in estate agency?

No question is silly! Ask and ask again!

Also, remember to use the experienced people around you to help you grow, and there sure are many of them in the Group,

WILDCARD - What did you want to be when you were 10 years old?
