Ask the experts

When journalists and property analysts want opinions on the housing market, they turn to us first. It's a case of 'Ask the experts? Ask the Robinson Jackson Group'.

Already in 2016 our Branch Managers and Partners have worked closely with the Daily Mail, the Metro, the Evening Standard and Rightmove to contribute to property features and comment on news stories.

"The fact that national journalists and property experts have our team on their speed dial is a glowing endorsement of our position as knowledgeable and respected estate agents in South East London and Kent. It should give movers confidence in the advice we give," comments Tony Robinson, the Group Operations Director.

Our latest appearance in the national press was in the Daily Mail, who reported that properties for sale in Dartford are selling quicker than in any other part of the country. The journalist turned straight to our Dartford Area Partner Robert Browning for comment, asking him why homes in his area were selling in just 16 days. Robert comments: "I know I'm not the only Partner who has been contacted by a journalist and that's because we're a highly visible brand with a trusted reputation. Just one scan of Rightmove shows how strong our name is in the local areas we serve. As a leading estate agent we have an accurate birds-eye and granular view of the local market, making us the natural authority and go-to contact for journalists."

In the same month as our appearance in the Daily Mail, Catford's Branch Manager Lee Savigar was quoted in the Metro newspaper about the town's rapid ascent, while Gravesend Branch Manager Andy Plaistowe appeared in prominent property magazine The Negotiator, commenting on his local property market.

The Robinson Jackson Group was also the first port of call for Rightmove's Director and housing market analyst, Miles Shipside. During February he contacted Simon Woodcock - the Managing Partner of Robinson Michael & Jackson, our Medway specialists - for a contribution to Rightmove's hugely influential House Price Index, with Simon commenting on the migration of buyers from London and its suburbs out to Kent.
