Our customer service is once again recognised as award-winning by Rightmove for the 2020 Best Estate Agency Guide.
The 2020 Guide, compiled by the Property Academy and supported by Rightmove, is the biggest independent study of the British estate agency industry. It is created to provide sellers and landlords with a trustworthy, impartial reference to help them find the best agent in their local area and also seeks to raise industry standards by recognising and rewarding those agents that provide the best service for their customers.
Over 25,000 sales and lettings branches nationwide are scored with a unique set of performance and customer service criteria and only the highest-scoring agents are featured in the guide.
The first part of the judging, which takes place over six months, is data analysis of approximately one million properties listed on Rightmove. The listings are assessed on how well they are marketed and also how they actually perform on the UK’s leading portal, including the time they take to go to 'Sold (Subject to Contract)' or 'Let'.
Then each branch in the UK is 'mystery-shopped' by email and by telephone, where independent assessors pose as home-movers to experience that branch’s real-life customer service on an unannounced normal working day.
Through this specific scoring system, the top 20% of individual branches are recognised as good or excellent, then the top 3% are awarded an exceptional rating.
