Ellie Eccleston

Promoted to Assistant Lettings Manager at Gravesend

What did you do before joining us? I worked in retail before I joined Robinson Jackson. I was a supervisor at Missguided in Bluewater shopping centre and enjoyed customer-facing roles where I interacted with members of the public.

What attracted you to estate agency? I wanted a change in career, and when I saw the job advert for Robinson Jackson, I thought I’d just go for it. I enjoyed the customer-facing aspect of retail and thought I could transfer these skills over. I have never looked back!

What type of mentoring or support have you received during your time with us, and what advice has been a great help? I've been lucky to work with such a great team. There’s consistent support from everyone in the company and throughout the lettings department. We are a really close team, which makes work so much fun and rewarding because we all help one another.

What are your ambitions for the future? I aim to just keep improving and growing. I would love to manage my own office one day!

What do you like most about working here? The people I work with. It’s the best part of my job.

Any advice to those considering a career in estate agency? Go for it! It's lots of fun, keeps you on your feet, and you earn the hard work you put in!!!!

WILDCARD - What did you want to be when you were 10 years old? I wanted to be a midwife.

Learna Smith

Promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at Rainham

What did you do before joining us?

Before joining Robinson Michael & Jackson, I was completing an apprenticeship with horses whilst also studying for my A levels.

What attracted you to estate agency?

I've always wanted a career related to housing. Initially, I was interested in architecture, but I realised that exams and school didn't bring out the best in me. That's when I discovered my interest in selling houses and decided to pursue estate agency.
